Diagnosis
We listen to organizations to learn about their culture on three levels:
Visible artifacts, behaviors, and norms
Less visible, but commented on, personal values and attitudes
Beliefs and assumptions, often invisible and rarely questioned
Knowing the root of the culture allows for identifying the impact on business performance.
Transformation Program
We design transformation programs connecting diagnosis with business needs.
For each type of company, size, or challenge, we propose a specific journey, combining knowledge about processes and respect for people’s transition.
We work with instruments such as the Denison Survey, in partnership with Denison Consulting, to identify the company’s needs.
We start with 4 main questions:
• Do we know the meaning of the organization’s mission and direction?
• Are we listening to the market and the world today?
• Are the people in the organization aligned and engaged?
• Are our processes rooted in a set of core values?
